"Exceptional experience! I sent a service request to 3 companies, and MDA was the first one to reply with a quote. Marcelo came by the same day to evaluate the situation and came the next day to fix the problem. I don't have a car, so Marcelo went to Home Depot to grab a new garbage disposal and a door lock for me, installed them, explained me how to properly use both and answered all my questions, It took Marcelo and his colleague about 25 minutes to replace the garbage disposal and a lock, which was not disruptive to my day at all. It's been about 2 months since then and everything installed by Marcelo is working perfectly.
